How to Play Cricket Shots – The Pull Shot Tutorial – Yuvraj Singh MS Dhoni Style

Hi guys Jemile again here of the cricket school here – just really wanted to go over a couple of points of the pull shot and the last part of the shot the shoulder that is furthest away hitting the ball going over towards the hitting and make sure, they don’t go to soon and they start playing the shot from here The down swing has commenced halfway through the shoulders still there Bang ! then after the shoulder goes after only after, keep an eye on that parents, keep an eye on that coaches, keep an eye on that players make sure you don’t go to soon. Why ? because if you do you adjust your head position and your able to see the ball come off the surface you need to keep yourself in line with ball that’s why you move your feet in any direction is to get yourself in line with the ball, when your in line with the ball why would you want to do anything to
take you out of a position where you can see the ball properly it’s a see ball hit ball game don’t be scared of the ball if you need to start with a nice easy feed with a tennis ball rather than a cricket ball watch the ball watch the ball. BANG ! then hit it then after your shoulder goes to the area where your hitting the ball

@MrNEVERGIVEUP247 don't listen to him. He doesn't know anything about batting. I play in the U14 division and I'm no. 11 and I know how to bat better than that. Look at some of Ricky ponting's pull shots. He's the master of pulling and hooking.

no in order to controll the ball when playing the pull shot you have to have your feet square this enables you to have more pulling power and to be not so cramped up

that's not a pool shot ,that's a hook shot, because pull shot should go thru mid wicket
